Well, it has finally decided to be summer here in Oak Park! Lily is very excited about being able to play outside and go swimming in the pool. She has been going through a winter phase though, including dressing up in her winter gear and getting out her sled and wanting to go for a ride. She keeps asking when it will be winter again, and mommy's answer is "don't wish winter on us Lil!" Her response is "but I like playing in the snow Mommy!"
We have a very busy summer ahead of us, with Lily's 4th birthday coming up in a couple of weeks, Matt's birthday in a couple of days and lots of family visiting and vacation trips! It seems like the summer is so short sometimes!
Things are going pretty well in Oak Park! Definitely glad to be in Michigan during the summer instead of the 100+ temps in Missouri last year!
Just a quick update, things are well and we can't wait to come home again and visit everyone!
